We were so impressed by them and will be using them again!

We accidentally drilled a small hole into our sewer pipe inside the garage wall. They came out the same day we noticed the leak to fix it. The technician was so nice and even explained to me what happened so I could later on tell my husband. He also had to drive out to their shop to grab a new piece he didn't have with him and come back again (which was definitely a lot of driving as we live very far northwest). Not only that, just the other day we get a thank you card with a Starbucks card in it for using their service! We were so impressed by them and will be using them again!

I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Pure Plumbing! They are true professionals and masters of their craft! We just recently had a terrible slab leak in our home. I called Alexis of Pure Plumbing and she was very quick to send over the technician Joe, who was also very helpful and courteous. When the appointment was scheduled, Joe and Jared were the technicians that were sent over to our home. They were on time and very mannerly.. I was highly impressed! They did a wonderful job repairing our slab leak. We were thrilled with our experience! We will definitely be using Pure Plumbing in the future!
