I received great service from Jake and Burns the other day. They were able to quickly diagnose where the water leak was coming from in the ceiling of my carport. They replaced and fixed the area without any issues. They explained the issue to me, that made me feel more confident and comfortable with having them do the job! Both guys were very professional, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely use their services again!

Jacob and his team at Pure came out and saved our kitchen sink. Hubby was making dinner and, in the middle of dinner, realized that our sink was no longer draining, black water started emerging from the pipes, and we had no way to finish making dinner. Jacob kept us informed the entire time of what he was doing and gave us suggestions on some better care practices for future prevention of the same occurrence. He was so nice, was able to fix the issue surprisingly fast, and even cleaned up everything, including putting stuff back under the sink for us! If anyone asks me for a plumbing recommendation, it's literally this place. Highly recommend.

I had a kitchen faucet that sprung a leak over Labor Day weekend. I am self-employed and couldn't wait to get it fixed during the week. This was by far the BEST plumbing service I have ever had. They're not cheap, but I had an emergency situation. Bryan S. was my plumber, and he is 100% the best. He was on time, explained everything in advance, and did excellent work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for any plumbing need. I can't say Thank you to him enough.

Yesterday, Jacob came and fixed our hose bib that I didn’t know had burst with the freeze in January until it leaked out the brick and into my house!! The response time from him and their dispatcher was superb, and he got us taken care of quickly, professionally, and without interruption to our lives! We called first this Monday morning with two small issues (a non-working garbage disposal and a toilet seal issue). They sent Dillion out the same day, and he was able to fix both immediately. Jacob and Burns were here and did a fantastic job diagnosing that I don't have a burst pipe nor need re-piping, but just that I have a blockage. They ran a camera from the clean-outs instead of the toilet and were able to push through and destroy the blockage and all debris, including some tree roots. Very happy with their service and absolutely recommend their honesty! In addition, they have some top-notch tools that expedite the job and make it a lot more accurate and effective!
